the day after (the apocalypse)
I participated in the PIG Squad July Summer Slow Jam in 2023 alongside Jose Pacio, Cassandra Greye, Ellie Derocher, and Oliver Abate. The themes were "Narrative" and "Doomsday".
Together in 2 weeks we created The Day After (The Apocalypse), a narrative/puzzle game in which you wake up the morning after a doomsday party, only the world didn't actually end, and you've lost your airpod. |

I participated in the GMTK Game Jam in 2023 alongside Claire Kim, Terrell Strong, Peyton Lee, Joseph Wang, and Yerin Yang. The theme was "Roles Reversed", and our project was ranked #96 overall.
Together in 48 hours, we created You wouldn't launch your dog into space, a reverse-Katamari game about cleaning up a space dog and helping her get home. You play as "the Universe" trying to free Laika of the space debris she's rolled around in by launching her around and into planets. |
horse divorce
I participated in the GMTK Game Jam in 2021 alongside Claire Kim, Peyton Lee, Neha Nagvekar, and Yerin Yang, and our project ranked #18 overall, getting an honorable mention in Mark Brown's video. The theme was "Joined Together".
Together in 48 hours, we created Horse Divorce, a puzzle game about two(?) married horses trying to overcome their elongated differences to meet in the middle. Players will have control over one horse half at a time to navigate around the level, move obstacles, and make two horse ends smooch! |

bycatch-22
In Summer 2017 I interned at Foundry10 and created Bycatch-22 together with Peyton Lee, a VR game made with Unity for the HTC Vive.
Bycatch-22 explores the environmental impacts of bycatch, non-desirable species that are caught as a byproduct of commercial fisheries. Onboard a fishing boat of their own, players are tasked with sorting through growing netfuls of flopping fish, scallops, prawns, and trash, and will need to think and move quickly to return bycatch to the sea in time. The experience aims to inspire players to make sustainable seafood choices, avoiding seafood that generates excess bycatch, and to join the consumer movement for sustainability. Bycatch-22 was displayed at the Pacific Science Center's What is Reality exhibit in 2019. |
